Our doors at the cinema Mystica are open for all; however, to make sure everyone can enjoy our exhibition, we ask that you adhere to the following rules below:

1. The exhibition is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (box office closes at 9 p.m.)

Online tickets entitle you to expedited entry in a 1-hour time slot.

In the case of tickets exchanged on the spot, or if you miss the time slot your ticket is for, we cannot guarantee accelerated entry and you may have to wait.

2. Please don't use your cell phone in the venue, except for taking pictures!

Please mute or turn your phone off to make sure we all can enjoy the show to the fullest. You are welcome to take pictures with your phone.

3. Please turn the flash offat all times when using a phone or camera.

Taking pictures or recording video for commercial or professional purposes is forbidden.If you wish to take pictures for professional or trading purposes, please pre-arrange with the organizers. If you have more questions regarding this matter, please email marketing@cinemamystica.hu.

If you don"t adhere to the rule above, staff can ask you to stop taking pictures or leave the scene.

4. Please be mindful of your surroundings, including exhibition items.

To let everyone enjoy the art pieces in their perfection, please maintain the necessary distance where it's requested. If you are accompanying younger children, we kindly ask you to pay extra attention to them.

You are liable within the framework of the legal regulations for the damages caused by you or those entrusted to you.

5. The consumption of food and alcoholic beverages is prohibited on the premises except for organized music events.

6. It is forbidden to smoke, vape, or use any e-cigarettes on the exhibition premises.

7. We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets on the exhibition premises; therefore, they are not allowed to enter.

8. Mind your belongings!

We ask you to take advantage of our cloakroom; we cannot take responsibility for belongings accidentally left behind on the scene.

9. Although there is no age limit to our exhibition, we do not suggest it for children under six;sound and light effects can be scary for them at times. If you decide to take your child with you, they are entirely your responsibility.

Under the age of fourteen, individuals have to arrive with an adult.

10. It is forbidden to bring into the exhibition area: weapons or objects that look like weapons, objects/substances dangerous to life, physical integrity, or public safety, bicycles, scooters, roller skates, bags larger than 20x30 cm, umbrellas.

11. We will not allow a person to enter the exhibition area who: is under the influence of alcohol or other drugs or appears in improper clothing.

Photo and video materials taken in the exhibition area are the property of the operator. You can use them freely, taking into account personal rights.

13. For your safety the premises are also under video surveillance.

14. Flashing lights and strong light effects may occur at the exhibition. We do not recommend visiting the exhibition for those who are sensitive to this
