Tickets and exhibited installations

We reserve the right to change the program within the exhibition space. Tickets already purchased for the exhibition are non-refundable, and there is no way to refund money. However, you can change the date of your ticket purchased online at the following email address: hello@cinemamystica.hu

General Terms and Conditions / Visitor Regulations

The doors of Cinema Mystica are open to everyone, but in order for everyone to really enjoy the exhibition, please follow the rules below:

2. General Terms and Conditions

2.1. Questions not regulated in these regulations, as well as the interpretation of these regulations, are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Ptk") and on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society CVIII of 2001 (Elker. tv.) to the relevant provisions of the Act. The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation apply to the parties without special stipulations.

2.2. These General Terms and Conditions are effective from July 7, 2023 and will remain in effect until revoked. The Company has the right to unilaterally modify these visiting regulations. The Company will publish the amendments on its website 7 (seven) days before their entry into force. By using the website, customers accept that all regulations related to the use of the website automatically apply to them.

2.3. The service provider reserves all rights regarding the website, any part of it and the content appearing on it, as well as the distribution of the website. The downloading, electronic storage, processing and sale of the contents appearing on the website or any part thereof is prohibited. The technical information required to use the Website, which is not contained in these Terms and Conditions, is provided by other information available on the Website.

You are obliged to familiarise yourself with the provisions of these GTC before finalising your order. By purchasing through our online store, you accept the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and the Terms and Conditions are fully part of the contract between you and the Service Provider.

3. Online ticket purchase

In the case of tickets purchased online, the customer has the opportunity to cancel the purchase without giving any reason up to 14 days after the purchase.

4. Arrival

Cinema Mystica is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (box office closes at 9 p.m.)

Online tickets entitle you to accelerated entry in a 1-hour time slot. Normal entry takes place outside the time slot.

In the case of tickets to be purchased on the spot, it is advisable to arrive 10-12 minutes earlier.

5. Please do not use your mobile phone!

So that everyone can enjoy the exhibition in peace, please mute or turn off your phone, unless you are using it to take photos.

6. Photography is only allowed without a flash!

Photography for professional or commercial use in the exhibition area is subject to the prior written permission of the service provider. If you have any further questions about this, feel free to contact us at marketing@cinemamystica.hu

In case of non-compliance with the above rules, the organizers have the right to call for the suspension of photography or to leave the location.

7. Please take care of the exhibited items and your surroundings!

So that the visitors who come after you can also enjoy the works in their full glory, please keep the prescribed distance, where we ask you to do so. Please do not litter, use open flames or vandalize.

In particular, we ask parents or adult chaperones to pay attention to the children they are accompanying, as they are financially responsible for any damage they may cause.

Any damage may result in legal consequences.

8. Consumption of food and alcoholic beverages is not allowed in the exhibition area.

9. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited throughout the building.

10. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept animals in the exhibition area.

11. Take care of your valuables!

Please use the on-site cloakroom for your own comfort. We are not responsible for items left in the exhibition area.

12. Although our exhibition does not have an age limit, we do not recommend it for children under 6 years of age, as the light and sound effects can be stressful for them. If you still decide to come with a small child, the responsibility lies solely with the parent or accompanying person.

Under the age of 14, the exhibition can only be visited if accompanied by an adult.

13. It is forbidden to bring into the exhibition area: weapons or objects that appear to be weapons, objects/materials dangerous to life, physical integrity, or public safety, bicycles, scooters, roller skates, skateboards, bags larger than 20x30 cm, umbrellas or any other sports equipment.

14. We will not allow a person to enter the exhibition area who: is under the influence of alcohol or other drugs or appears in unproper clothing. The organizers have the right to ask visitors who violate the provisions of these GTC, or otherwise behave inappropriately to social norms and cause public outrage, to leave the exhibition with immediate effect. In such a case, the visitor is not entitled to a refund of the paid ticket.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

In matters not mentioned in these regulations, the Civil Code (Act V of 2013) and, in the case of consumer contracts, Act No. 45/2014 on absentee contracts. (II. 26.) are the governing provisions.

16. Copyrights

Since the content of the https://cinemamystica.net page is considered a copyrighted work, it is prohibited to download (reproduce), retransmit to the public, use the wall in any other way, store, process or sell any part of the content appearing on the website by the copyright owner without your written consent.

Any material from the website https://cinemamystica.net and its database can be taken only with the written consent of the right holder by referring to the given website.

Cinema Mystica Kft. reserves the right to all elements of its service, the domain names, the secondary domain names formed with them, as well as its Internet advertising surfaces.
